Lisa’s approach is calm, practical, and compassionate. Her career reflects a deep commitment to integrity, balanced decision-making, and the belief that open communication can resolve even the most complex challenges.

Lisa is a proud member of several respected organisations that uphold national standards in mediation and dispute resolution. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) and accredited through AMDRAS (Australian Mediation & Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards). Lisa is also affiliated with the Mediation Institute and the Resolution Institute, both of which promote ethical, preventative, and collaborative approaches to resolving conflict. These memberships reflect her ongoing commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice.
